Guarantee for Sargent’s Puppies

I the purchaser / buyer agree to take the purchased puppy to the Vet of my choice within 5 days of purchase. If anything is found to be wrong with the puppy at that time, I agree to notify the seller / breeder immediately. I understand that I have the option to return the puppy for a refund. It is understood that the seller / breeder will not pay any Vet bills on this puppy.

If the puppy should die due to the fault of the seller / breeder of natural causes within 7 days the puppy will be replaced from the next available litter. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to provide a written Vet statement as to cause of death and send the results to the seller / breeder.

We will guarantee the puppy for hereditary health problems for one year as long as the puppy has been vaccinated and taken care of and not abused. This does not cover heart worms.  The puppy will be returned and replaced from the next available litter.  No cash refunds.

We sell our puppies for companion purposes and only to loving families. We want our puppies to be a part of your family. That will love and nurture them as they grow and to live a happy life. It is our thought that all buyers research the breed they are purchasing and assess their lifestyle prior to purchasing a puppy to ensure a puppy will fit into their family.
